Responsibilities: • Establish and nurture relationships with clients in Tampa, FL, to understand their financial objectives and requirements • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads for new business opportunities • Provide tailored financial solutions to clients based on their specific goals • Enhance product and service knowledge through participation in New York Life training programs • Obtain necessary licenses to offer securities and investment products for wealth management and advanced planning services • Deliver comprehensive information on insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, and investment options to clients • Utilize effective questioning, active listening, and solution presentation techniques to build strong professional relationships with clients • Identify and explore new market segments for business growth • Present suitable solutions to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner • Educate clients on insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, investment securities, and related offerings • Continuously improve expertise through New York Life training courses Qualifications: • Possess superior communication skills to effectively communicate complex topics • Showcase an aptitude for networking and collaborating with various stakeholders • Possess an affinity for growth and an experience with sales is beneficial • Grand passion for helping others • Exhibit a strong sense of self-motivation • Display a success-driven attitude • Have a cheerful, optimistic demeanor in all situations • Adaptable, being able to adjust to the ever-changing environment • Open to receiving constructive criticism • Have a drive to learn and develop skills • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the business • Will adhere to the highest ethical standards • Possess a valid 2-15 Health Life and Annuity license • Be eligible for a SIE, Series 6/7, and 63/65 license Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly at plan
