Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise life insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales • Oversee the financial performance of the branch office to ensure we’re meeting sales targets • Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims • Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit, and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements, and implement new policies for the branch when necessary Qualifications: • Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills Compensation: $250,000 yearly At Plan Commission
