Responsibilities: • Hire, train, develop, and manage life insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales • Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims • Assess existing company policies, offer advice on improvements, and implement new policies for the branch as needed • Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits Qualifications: • Interest in obtaining a Life license. • Basic understanding of life insurance types and plans, including term life, whole life, and universal life. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or in progress). • Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial; leadership experience is a plus but not required. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to develop leadership and management abilities. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
