You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Strong work ethic: You recognize the irreplaceable value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals • High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics and embrace the opportunity to become a highly visible member of your community • Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role • Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
