You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Do a customer needs assessment and then based on your evaluation connect the customer to one of our A-rated carriers Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Life Insurance License (preferred) Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
