Responsibilities: • Educate Clients on Life Insurance Products • Guide clients through our product offerings, explain coverage options, and tailor solutions to meet their unique financial needs and goals • Build and Maintain Client Relationships • Develop lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and trust • Generate and Pursue Leads • Actively build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts to grow your client base and achieve sales targets • Process Applications • Assist clients in completing applications and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner • Stay Informed on Industry Trends • Continuously expand your knowledge of life insurance products and industry trends through company training and self-directed learning to provide the best solutions for clients • Create Policy Illustrations • Design and present customized policy illustrations that clearly outline coverage options, premiums, and benefits to help clients make informed decisions about their financial future Qualifications: • Strong Communication Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients • Customer Service Experience • A proven ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and trust • Sales or Goal-Oriented Mindset • A motivated self-starter with a desire to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals • Basic Technology Proficiency • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital tools for client management and policy illustrations • Licensed or Willing to Obtain • A life insurance license is preferred, but candidates willing to obtain licensing as part of the onboarding process are welcome to apply Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan commission
