Life Insurance Sales Agent

You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Qualifications: • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus Compensation: $55,000 to $100,000 at plan
