You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry responses, insurance eligibility, and questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective client base via networking, asking for referrals, and other marketing strategies • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, continuing education, and monitor insurance portfolios to ensure mutual satisfaction • Attend training and obtain relevant licenses in a timely manner Qualifications: • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., “People Person") and a sincere desire to help others Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
