Responsibilities: • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and services we offer • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional Qualifications: • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Candidates with active investment licenses preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
