Responsibilities: • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Meeting and contacting new potential clients to discuss financial concerns and needs • Conducting information-gathering meetings with clients • Analyzing client needs and presenting potential solutions • Providing ongoing service to clients • Developing and implementing personal business and marketing plans • On-going development of professional skills and knowledge Qualifications: • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $84,000 at plan yearly + benefits
