Responsibilities: • Take responsibility for maintaining accurate records of bookkeeping, client, and sales reports to monitor and communicate progress towards assigned objectives. • Meet with new and potential clients to attentively understand their unique situations and recommend suitable insurance policies. • Stay informed about any updates to regulations or policies within the insurance industry to adjust insurance programs for current and prospective clients effectively. • Customize risk management strategies and client profiles to meet the specific needs of each individual customer. • Manage an existing customer portfolio and attract new clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling and networking. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, while a high school diploma is required. • Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly in using Microsoft Office, is necessary. • Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license. • Experience with accounting or sales-related software is advantageous. Compensation: $92,400 - $195,000 yearly
