Responsibilities: • Run phone-based sales appointments with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) • If not in the local office - Use Zoom all day to meet with the team daily for training, accountability, and growth • Follow up with leads, build strong client relationships, and close life insurance policies • Invest in and manage your own leads (non-negotiable) • Stay consistent in daily activity — calls, follow-ups, appointments, and self-development • Optional : Build and lead your own team to earn passive override income Qualifications: • Life insurance license is a MUST • Previous commission-based sales experience strongly preferred • (Ideal backgrounds: door-to-door, solar, pest control, alarm systems, car sales, real estate ) • Must be coachable, self-motivated, and hungry to earn — no hand-holding here • Comfortable being on Zoom calls daily and working full-time from home • Able to handle long days on the phone with a positive, winner’s mindset • Strong communication skills and the ability to close over the phone • Looking for more than just a job — ready to grow a business and long-term income stream • Preference given to applicants near Marlton, NJ, or willing to relocate to work in-office Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
