Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly. • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves. • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Call warm leads generated in our system. • Mentor your teammates and participate in training and meetings. Qualifications: • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • MUST live in and be authorized to work in the U.S. • A high school diploma is required and some industry or product knowledge is preferred. • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, client, and team alike. • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills. • Have an interest in helping people and solving problems. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 at plan
