You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping prospective clients navigate product options, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ultimately fitting them with a high-value plan that secures their future financial goals. Responsibilities: • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Acquire leads and call prospective clients to schedule informational discovery calls and present illustrated options via Zoom meetings. Qualifications: • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Must reside in the USA • Must have a laptop or home computer or be willing to get one • Must be a self-starter, accountable, goal-oriented, and willing to invest in yourself Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
