Responsibilities: • Identify new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals • Grow customer base - your Book of Business • Market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business • Aid existing policyholders with additional options • Encourage others to do the same by sharing experiences • No cold calling • Expand income potential with annual reviews • Flexible schedule, you set your own • Willingness/preference to work from home • Ensure all clients electronically submit their applications successfully Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Proficiency navigating Technology • Must be authorized to work in the US • High school graduate or GED, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree is a plus • Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you) • Strong communication & interpersonal skills • Entrepreneurial mindset & drive • Passion for HELPING • Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options • Willingness to participate in Team training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill Compensation: $133,000 at plan
