  • Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking motivated Life Insurance Virtual Sales Agents who can call back our warm leads, schedule and run appointments, and receive commissions on life insurance production. Full training and mentorship are available to the right people. But you must be licensed or willing to get licensed first (which can take a couple of weeks). As you work from home, you’ll be responsible for engaging with and presenting insurance solutions to new prospects and current customers. Ample training and coaching is provided. If you have a proven track record for self-motivation and an interest in a lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect! Responsibilities: • Call warm leads generated in our system according to your personal schedule. • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities. • Provide professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, and claim submission questions concerning billing and insurance policies. • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly. • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves. • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects. • Mentor your teammates and participate in occasional training and meetings. • Ability to work independently and manage your own career. • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date. • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims. Qualifications: • MUST live in and be authorized to work in the U.S. • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred. • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years of outside sales or customer service experience (not required). • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiating skills. • Have an interest in helping people and solving problems. • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred. • Skilled with Microsoft Office. Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission

    $100,000 per year
