What You’ll Do:
As a Life Insurance Sales Executive, you will specialize in promoting and selling life insurance products to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your role will involve building trust and delivering tailored solutions to help individuals and families protect their futures.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement.
Conduct needs analyses to recommend life insurance solutions that align with clients' goals.
Build and maintain lasting relationships as a trusted life insurance advisor.
Present and explain life insurance products, emphasizing their benefits and value.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least one year of sales experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
Licensing: A Life Insurance license is preferred but required within 30 days of employment (licensing costs covered by the agency).
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
A self-starter with a passion for helping others achieve financial security.
