Responsibilities: • Oversee the financial performance of the branch office to ensure we’re meeting sales targets • Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise life insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales • Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Review existing company policies, make recommendations for improvements and implement new policies for the branch as needed • Meet with clients to assess their financial goals and insurance needs, providing tailored recommendations for life insurance policies. • Generate new leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base and drive sales growth. • Find, train, and manage life insurance agents and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales. • Stay informed about the latest insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends to offer clients the most suitable coverage options. • Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accurate documentation and assisting with claims when needed. • Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing regular policy reviews, updates, and personalized service to meet their evolving insurance needs. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry • Exceptional knowledge of most types of life insurance and insurance plans, including term life, whole life, universal life, variable life, variable universal life, simplified issue life, guaranteed issue life, final expense, and group life, current life insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • Candidates must have series 6, 63, 26 licenses, 65 and 66 licenses a plus • B.A. in business or finance • Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills • Be willing to obtain the required state-mandated life insurance license(s). • Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills. • Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to maintain a healthy book of business. • Undergo training to meet expectations and properly represent our company. • Proficient skills with Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint (or Google Slides), and the Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Drive). Compensation: $85,000 - $250,000
