Bulls Eye Recruiting is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute data-driven campaigns that engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing strategies across key channels such as email, in-app messaging, tradeshows, mailers and more. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, CRM automation, and personalization to drive meaningful customer experiences and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Lifecycle Strategies – Build multi-channel campaigns (email, mailers,, in-app, tradeshows) to engage users across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention and reactivation.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization – Leverage customer data to create targeted, automated campaigns that enhance the customer experience and increase conversions.
Marketing Automation & Optimization – Utilize tools like Constant Contact, ChiliPiper, HubSpot and Salesforce to manage and optimize lifecycle workflows for efficiency and impact.
A/B Testing & Experimentation – Design and run experiments to optimize messaging, timing, and delivery channels for higher engagement.
Analytics & Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign KPIs and derive actionable insights to improve lifecycle programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Product, Growth and Customer Lifecycle teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance user experience.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Continuously research and apply best practices in lifecycle marketing, personalization and customer retention strategies.

Required:
A bachelor’s degree and strong marketing background
Integrated campaign accelerator
3 to 8 years of total professional experience
2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience
Experience and interest in marketing to small businesses
Company working hours at 9am - 6pm ET
Based in Austin, TX
Hybrid work schedule - Monday to Thursday in office and Friday remote
