Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry or pool setting preferred.
- Candidate must be able to work efficiently within a team environment.
- Must be able to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Must possess a positive, “whatever it takes” attitude.
- Must have an open mind and willingness to learn new processes, concepts and ways of approaching guest and coworkers.
- Candidate must be well groomed and professional.
- Must be able to communicate English with guests, management, and other employees to their understanding. Additional foreign language a plus.
- Must be available to work all shifts and days including opening and closing shifts.
- Candidates should also possess basic knowledge of the Las Vegas area and attractions.
- Must be capable of administering CPR, First Aid or provide rescue in accordance with Red Cross training.
- Willingness to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
- Work Card Requirements -
- Candidates will be available to obtain certifications through Wynn on-site
- American Red Cross certification in CPR for the Professional Rescuer
- Lifeguard Training & First Aid
