Position Overview
- Basic swimming ability required to apply.
- No lifeguard experience needed; all lifeguard training and necessary certifications are provided by Euvori.
- $17.00 starting pay with quarterly pay raises.
- Select locations are open 365 days a year.
- Employees working at one location are eligible to pick up shifts or transfer to any of our other locations for greater flexibility and year-round work opportunities.
- Please note, we are currently looking for guards with availability to include the following day(s): Sundays.

- Client pool: JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort
- Area: Desert Ridge neighborhood, off of Tatum & 101
- Operating Schedule: This location is open 365 days a year.
- Hours: Shifts are typically 6-10 hour long. Both full and part time positions are available.
What We Do
Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning. We perform quite a few proactive interventions throughout the year, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules, jumping in to assist struggling swimmers, and so on.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
About Euvori
Euvori Aquatics is a lifeguard management service based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We create, implement, and manage lifeguard programs for a variety of swimming pool owners across the state. We most commonly work with resorts, country clubs, homeowners associations, and more.
