DESCRIPTION:
This job post is for the Chief Financial Officer position of Lifted Liquids, Inc. d/b/a Lifted Made (www.LiftedMade.com), Kenosha, Wisconsin, which owns award-winning delta-8-THC and delta-10-THC brand Urb Finest Flowers. Lifted Made is a wholly-owned subsidiary of publicly-traded Acquired Sales Corp (ticker “AQSP”) (www.AcquiredSalesCorp.com). The hired CFO will be expected to work from Lifted Made’s headquarters in Kenosha.
We are looking for an ambitious, organized, detail-oriented CFO who will lead the preparation of Lifted Made’s books and records. Responsibilities will include:
· Account preparation and reconciliation;
· Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable;
· Preparing and consolidating financial statements and managing/leading the quarterly close process;
· Assisting the CFO of Acquired Sales Corp. with consolidation accounting and certain sections of reports on Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and other SEC filings;
· Overseeing quarterly inventory counts;
· Evaluating and accounting for significant transactions, including technical analysis and research;
· Preparation for and assistance with external audits, including compiling audit support requests and coordinating and interacting with auditors;
· Designing of financial processes & controls;
· Evaluating and reviewing internal controls, including evaluating financial processes and designing controls to mitigate risks, evaluating design and operating effectiveness of controls, and reporting observations, findings, and recommendations; and
· Preparing and managing the filing of any necessary sales & use tax returns, tobacco-related returns, PACT Act filings, re-employment returns, income & franchise tax returns, and other returns.
The CFO will report to the CEO of Lifted Made, and will also be reporting directly to the CFO of Acquired Sales Corp.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Actively-licensed CPA;
· College degree in accounting;
· Proficiency in Xero and Zoho; and
· Prior experience as an auditor of public companies, or experience interacting with public company auditors.
QUALIFICATIONS THAT WOULD BE A “PLUS”:
· Experience using Cin7;
· Experience using Quickbooks; and
· Experience in accounting for retail consumer goods companies. Experience in the cannabis and e-liquid space is a plus.
COMPENSATION:
The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of $175,000 per year, with the potential for performance-based bonuses. It is expected that the successful candidate will receive stock options from Acquired Sales Corp.
