Job Description

A growing diesel repair shop is hiring a Full-Time Diesel Mechanic near Midway City, CA to join their team. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience working with Powerstroke, Duramax, and Cummins engines. Apply today to join a family-owned business with over 14 years of experience!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine and system issues.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on Powerstroke, Duramax, and Cummins engines.

Complete work orders efficiently and accurately.

Conduct quality checks and test drive vehicles after repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Lift 50 lbs or more without assistance as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of light/medium duty diesel experience.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Basic diesel mechanical experience required.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Familiarity with shop safety protocols.

Ability to complete repairs in a timely manner.

Availability for full-time work.

Shifts

Day Shift, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.

Closed Saturday & Sunday.

Compensation

Master Technician: $50 – $60 per flag hour

Novice Technician: $25 – $35 per hour
