    Job Summary Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute are renowned programs offering weekly classes for kids 18 months to 12 years old. Coaches are well-trained to bring high energy and creativity to the games and activities they lead each week. Through our lesson plans, they teach great fundamental soccer skills and help kids master important developmental milestones—all while being a bit goofy in the process.

    As the Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute Assistant Coordinator, you will assist in managing class operations and the customer experience through the development of staff, marketing initiatives, and program organization. You will also lead by example while coaching your weekly Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute classes.

    Salmon Creek Indoor is a family-run business dedicated to fun! We offer great soccer leagues and classes year-round for children as young as 18 months old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, leagues, camps, and party/events.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Become well-versed in all aspects of the Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute programs to provide outstanding customer service

    Plan and implement Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute sessions

    Hire, train, and manage the Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute Coach staff

    Effectively and professionally communicate with customers in person, on the phone, and by email

    Establish program and revenue goals while also managing program costs

    Continue developing your coaching performance by coaching 15-20 classes per week

    Perform other related duties as assigned by the Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute Coordinator

    Qualifications Lil' Kickers/Skills Institute Assistant Coordinators are team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented, strong communicators, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

    They also:

    Build rapport with our customers and families

    Multi-task and manage time effectively

    Must be available to work weekends

    Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

    Previous coaching experience is preferred but not required

    Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker

    Prior experience in Early Childhood Education (not required)

    Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers

    Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds

    Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time

    Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
