    Company Overview:

    Provide leadership and oversight to the Lil’ Kickers/Skills Institute programs through management of staff and facilities daily. Ensuring a safe, clean and fun environment for all children, parents and staff.

    Job Summary:

    Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for Lil’ Kickers participants. As a Lil’ Kickers Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire Lil’ Kickers Programming: Training, Customer Service, Staffing, Inquiries, and leading by example while coaching weekly classes.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Coach approximately 20-25 hours of Lil’ Kickers/Skills Institute classes weekly.

    Schedule and manage staffing for all assigned locations; update coaches schedule, approve and deny time off requests.

    Provide oversight of coaches accountability process for assigned sites, communicating policy violations to the Director.

    Manage site leads for assigned locations.

    Oversee the equipment/uniform inventory for assigned sites.

    Approve Payroll

    Create and Export seasons in DASH

    Implement free trial process though completion including follow-up calls.

    Respond to customer concerns, elevating concerns to Director when necessary

    Maintaining facilities day to day, elevating concerns to Director when necessary

    Support the development and training of all assigned locations coaching staff

    Assist with job posting, job fairs and administration of onboarding process

    Support all marketing, birthday parties, enrichment in motion and other program marketing initiatives.

    Mentor and support other coordinators

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.

    Prior experience as a coach, but not required

    Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, but not required.

    Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers

    Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.

    Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time

    Must be able to work weekends

    This position will not solely be located at the Bradley Place/Roscoe Village location, we have 10 locations in the Chicagoland location and will need reliable transportation to get around city and suburbs.
