Full-Time or Part-Time Mental Health Therapist - Topeka, KS Lilac Center is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our friendly team who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional mental health clinic providing therapy to adolescents and families. If you enjoy facilitating group sessions teaching DBT skills our Intensive Outpatient Program is for you! Or, you may prefer working as an individual therapist guiding clients on their journey to better health. We prefer you to have some knowledge of DBT therapy, but we will train the right person. We are looking for a detail-oriented therapist who can complete professional, comprehensive assessments and treatment plans in a timely manner. Lots of supervision and support are provided weekly with opportunities for additional training throughout the year. EHR and digital tools are set up for an efficient and effective, smooth-running office. Full-time clinicians are provided their own furnished office ready to decorate to fit their personalities. PART-TIME COMPENSATION: $30 per hour Responsibilities: • Individual, family and group therapy, assessments, crisis support, consultation with professionals involved in the case, and discharge services • Share your knowledge with our DBT consultation team • Complete timely documentation • Attend weekly consultation groups • Bring your own unique experiences Qualifications: • Must hold a current license in KS to provide psychotherapy (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LSCSW, LPC, or LMFT) • Knowledge of DBT therapy. But, will train the right person • Must be detail-oriented, complete clinical notes timely • Some evening hours are required and flex-time is available  • Be a self-starter with a willingness to learn Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE
