    Job Description

    The Lilly Pulitzer at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Sales Associate role is an hourly position responsible for all aspects of oversight of the Lilly Pulitzer shop. The Lilly Pulitzer at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Sales Associate reports directly to the Retail Manager. The Lilly Pulitzer sales associate primary responsibilities are to achieve the Budgeted Net Sales and Direct Contribution for their respective store, provide an exceptional customer experience, embrace the brand positioning, and develop and maintain a strong, dynamic store team. The Lilly Pulitzer at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Sales Associate should lead and uphold the Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.

    Reporting to the Retail Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

    Shift Requirements:

    • Full Time (5 shifts weekly)
    • Availability: Evening shifts, weekends, and holidays (occasional Morning shifts)
    • Shift Hours Needed:
      • 3:20 PM - 9:15 PM
      • 1:45 PM - 9:15 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service consistently, friendly and professionally.
    • Create memorable and personalized shopping experiences for our guests.
    • Maintain a deep knowledge of the luxury brands and products offered in each boutique.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
    • Up-serving guests in a professional and polite manner while
    • Display luxury sales techniques while promoting “Fairmont” exclusive merchandise.
    • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
    • Ensure shop is always clean.
    • Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
    • Maintain visually appealing displays that highlight the unique aspects of each boutique.
    • Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and brand offerings.
    • Computer savvy in Microsoft Window applications and/or Point of Sales System
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
