Responsibilities: • Learn prospecting skills from nationally renowned coaches • Go on multiple appointments weekly - show homes, provide market analyses to clients and close deals • Follow up with clients in a timely manner • Negotiate contracts and transactions • Be the real estate authority Qualifications: • A real estate license is required or willingness to obtain one • Excellent communication skills and ability to work flexible hours • Strong money motivation Compensation: $85,000+ commission only
