Attention Sales Talents! We are seeking ELITE Closers to join our digital marketing company. You will be on track to make over 6 figures within the first couple of months! WE ARE LOOKING FOR HIGH LEVEL SALES TALENT WHO CAN BE FAST TRACKED INTO OUR SALES MANAGER. What does that mean? Come in, learn the full cycle of our sales process from Appointment Setter to Closer to becoming the Sales Manager. Depending on talent, this can be 2 weeks or 2 months but that all depends on the individual!

We are looking for full-time Sales Reps that can hold a standard with their team of appointment setters and close high ticket deals online. If you're willing to learn, put in the work, and level-up... You will be SUCCESSFUL and find a great career opportunity.

THE POSITION IS MOSTLY COMMISSION BASED - ALL CLOSERS WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION MAKE OVER 100K ANNUALLY and have access to our high caliber sales training that has produced 7 figure earners. With hard work and dedication this is the trajectory you will be on. PAY IS NEGOTIABLE PENDING EXPERIENCE IN SALES WITHIN THE DIGITAL MARKETING FIELD.

OUR PURPOSES:

• PURPOSE: To develop and market products that help individuals to grow in multiple facets in life.
• PURPOSE: To Increase awareness and skill sets for the public we serve.
• PURPOSE: To make a significant difference in the quality of life of people not reaching their potential and those often left behind.
• PURPOSE: To produce and develop Millionaire closers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of appointment setters and hold a standard for quality set appointments
• Maximize sales opportunities by closing deals and hosting virtual presentations on Zoom for prospective clients
• Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and ensure leads are being called.
• Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels.
• Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
• Host meetings with team of appointment setters and closers to review phone calls, set appointments, demos, etc.
• Track and report on all leads within the pipeline
• Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team
• Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of the digital marketing industry (ex. Grant Cardone, Russell Brunson, etc.)
• Previous sales experience in the digital space closing deals.
• Ability to Solve Problems - Identify and handle issues in a timely manner; gather and analyze information tactfully; create alternative solutions to these problems
• Ability to Adapt - Adapt to changes that may occur in your post; adapts to problems that arise and uses best alternate solution; able to deal with sudden change, delays, or unexpected events
• Attendance/Punctuality - punctual when it comes to being on time for work, meetings, etc.; ensure your post is taken care of when absent
• Integrity and Ethics - uphold standards within the organization.
• Able to make accurate and sound decisions. Have the willingness to make decisions and complete cycles as they arise; able to support reason for decisions
• Overcome Adversity - Displays persistence and has the ability to overcome obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence
• Goal Oriented - Ability to prioritize and organize work tasks; use time efficiently; consistently sets goals and objectives; organize, schedule and work well with others when it comes to completing tasks.
