  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    ** Organizational Relationship:**

    This position reports directly to the Line 4 Supervisor

    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

    • Be able to plan to prevent part shortages.
    • Must have working Knowledge of all areas within the department.
    • Ability to read & understand truck schedules.
    • Communication skills necessary to accurately issue materials to recipient.
    • Math & computer skills to calculate inventory.
    • Strong leadership abilities.
    • Strong organizational skills required.

    Description of Duties:

    • Validate all SOS are signed off.
    • Ensure and validate receivers.
    • Participates in Physical inventory.
    • Manage accuracy of 3PL
    • Perform safety audits.
    • Leads area to achieve production goals.
    • Responsible for security of area and maintaining inventory accuracy.
    • Work overtime and weekends.
    • Train new team members
    • Motivate employees to perform their best.
    • Assist the lead in the department and may fill in for him/her if absent.
    • Assist the materials coordinator and may fill in for him/her if absent.
    • Other duties as assigned.
