As a Line Cook at the newly remodeled Bartolino's on Hampton, located on THE HILL, you are an extension of our family. You will be pivotal in providing guests with an inviting dining experience that echoes our founding philosophy: "Cook good food and give plenty. Basta!" We're looking for someone to join our team immediately, helping us continue to offer traditional Italian dishes, fresh seafood, and choice cuts of meat in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned station with precision during service, including sauté, grill or fry
- Prepare food according to kitchen standards.
- Plate and garnish dishes in line with fine dining presentation aesthetics.
- Adhere to recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications set by the Executive Chef.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation that meets sanitation and safety guidelines (HACCP).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient food delivery during service.
- Inspect quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Participate in kitchen prep before service and cleaning procedures afterward.
- Assist with inventory and restocking of station supplies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
Station Hygiene
- Implement strict sanitation protocols:
- Separate cutting boards and knives for raw meat and produce.
- Use food-safe gloves and change them between tasks.
- Monitor and log fridge temps and hot hold times.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen.
- Mastery of basic and advanced cooking techniques.
- Strong knife skills and ingredient knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
