RESPONSIBILITIES:
Properly setting up and taking down cook station
Cooking both raw and pre-prepared foods with precision
Accurately labeling, dating, and filling food pans
Cleaning, organizing, and upkeeping refrigerators, hot boxes, and grills
Conducting inventory checks and restocking items as needed
Communicating with team members to ensure the use of fresh, quality ingredients
Adapting to high-pressure situations effectively
Understanding and adhering to food safety and temperature regulations
Maintaining a consistently professional and composed demeanor
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Food Handler certification
Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in working efficiently in fast-paced environments
Skilled in multitasking and organizing tasks effectively
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
Ability to withstand frequent exposure to smoke, steam, grease, and high temperatures
Familiarity with various kitchen equipment
