    What We Offer:

    • $19-$20 per hour, based on experience.
    • Day Shift Only (latest shift typically ends by 4pm).
    • One free meal provided daily.

    What You Will Do:

    • Prepare and expedite a variety of foods: meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold food items.
    • Assist Sous Chef in department development and succession training.
    • Assist Sous Chef with inventory and ordering, and in the proper recording of in-store purchases.
    • Follow compliance with food and workplace safety procedures as well as maintain kitchen cleanliness.
    • Manage department inventories by tracking weekly sales reports and orders product and supplies so as to meet customer requirements and the company's gross profit goals.
    • Other duties as assigned by Restaurant Managers/Owners.

    What You Will Bring:

    • Be passionate about what you do and possess experience working as a chef or line cook in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
    • Be a Team-player.
    • Must have open availability.
    • Must be detail oriented and possess a strong work ethic and customer service skills.
    • Maintain Food Handler's Certification.
