Line cook for our dinner service
Responsibilities
Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and cooked according to recipes and safe food handling guidelines.
Work as a team member, to ensure a positive work environment.
Strive for excellence in execution of all duties assigned.
Respond to supervisor and guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
Cleaning station at the end of each shift to company standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant. (fine dining experience preferred)
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 30+lbs
Ability to work standing for a 8+ hours.
