    The Hocking Hills Golf Course is seeking to fill a full time cook position to join our team. We are looking for someone to help with organization and prepping for daily service. It is essential to us to ensure a smooth operation in our kitchen. You will need to have a flexible schedule and to be available to work weekends and holidays. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, holiday pay, profit sharing and health insurance. We also own the Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls and offer free spa visits, dinner and stays once a year. We offer discounts at the gift shops, both restaurants and free golf. While prior experience is beneficial, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. Responsibilities: • Prep food for daily needs • Prep ahead for next day • Comply with all sanitation and food prep requirements • Work with the Chef to prepare for our guests • Put away delivered food and supplies • Work around any food allergies • Keep the work area clean and neat • Prepare food to our standards • Clean equipment • Stock organize food trucks, put away incoming stock, and rotate accordingly • Clean up kitchen after shift and take care of left over food • Take out trash Qualifications: • Availability to work holidays and weekends as needed • Kitchen experience is preferred but not necessary. • Organized and efficient at prepping necessary recipe items • Ability to work alone or with a team • Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. • Have basic food handling and food safety skills • Reliable transportation to and from work • Multi tasking • Must pass criminal background check • Must keep a clean work space • Ability to multi task Compensation: $14.50 - hourly
