Job description
General Accountabilities
Inspects and cleans food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, dating all containers once opened, and rotating stock.
Seasons and cooks food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
Knowledge of menus and portion sizes to ensure consistency.
Observes and tests foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.
Ensure food prep is done everyday.
Maintaining a clean and organized work space.
Job Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year related experience is required.
18 years or older

Salary: $15.00 per hour
Starting pay is based off of experience. Consideration for a raise after 90 days.
