All applicants must possess basic culinary skills and knowledge, as well as a basic understanding of food safety and sanitation. Must be able to read tickets and communicate with fellow employees. Must also be able to stand for long periods of time.
Requirements:
At least 1 years’ experience in the restaurant cooking field is preferred.
Responsible for following protocol for the flow of foods
Prepare dishes as per company standards and guidelines in a timely manner.
Must uphold sanitation and safety standards
Follow opening and closing procedures.
Complete daily side work.
Clean and sanitize food production area before and after shift.
