If you’re someone who cares about food and your coworkers, and who wants to work somewhere that’s fast-paced but not soul-crushing, we’ve got a spot for you on the line.
ABOUT US Redheaded Stranger is a neighborhood taco shop in East Nashville. We do house made tortillas, smoky brisket, insane hot sauces, and other Southwestern-inspired food that’s bold, crave-able, and made with intention. Our team is tight-knit, our kitchen is dialed, and our food is legit. We need to add a cook or two to our team.

Handle prep with care and close down the right way
Communicate clearly, clean as you go, and help keep the energy strong
WHO YOU ARE
At least 18 years old (though most of our kitchen crew is mid-20s to mid-30s)
Comfortable with knives and the fundamentals of a clean, efficient kitchen
Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays (we’re closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and can stay on your feet for most of the shift
.Serious about cooking but don’t take yourself too seriously
WHY PEOPLE LOVE WORKING HERE
Competitive hourly pay and weekly paychecks
Health, dental, and vision insurance options for full-time team members
Employer-matched 401(K) at 6 months
