    Job Summary We are seeking a Line Cook to join the team at our busy restaurant. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons. If you have a passion for creating meals that “wow,” we want to hear from you.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Greet Customers - Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests with a friendly attitude.

    Prepare Food - Assist in preparing tacos tacos and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.

    Maintain Cleanliness - Ensure the restaurant, kitchen, and workstations are clean and sanitized.

    Stock Supplies - Refill condiments, napkins, utensils, and other supplies as needed.

    Follow Safety Protocols - Adhere to food safety guidelines, health regulations, especially during peak hours.

    Assist with Closing/Opening Tasks - Help with opening or closing duties, such as cleaning, organizing, or setting up for the next shift.

    Handle High-Pressure Situations - Remain calm and efficient durning busy periods.

    Ensure Speed and Efficiency - Strive to get orders out promptly while maintaining food quality.

    Collaborate with the Team - Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.

    Qualifications:

    Customer Service Skills – Must have a friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

    Communication – Strong verbal communication skills are required to interact with customers and team members.

    Multitasking – Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Team Player – Ability to work well in a team setting and assist others as needed.

    Experience – Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.

    Availability – Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Work Ethic – Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and company policies.

    Physical Requirements – Ability to stand for long periods of time, and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds.

    ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification

    Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressureAdaptability – Must be able to stay calm and organized under pressure, especially during busy times.

    Excellent time management skillsTime Management – Ability to handle multiple orders at once while maintaining speed and quality.
