The Honu Restaurant is a contemporary eatery and traditional Hawaiian style tiki bar with a relaxed vibe serving island-style dishes.
We serve unique and creative cocktails and food items. Inside Honu is The Ka Pakele private rum bar with some of the most sought after and high end Rums from around the world. Our kitchen staff are expected to know our diverse menus inside and out. The Honu has a fast-paced and high volume atmosphere, so it is crucial that our Kitchen staff take pride in providing accurate and precise execution of our dishes.

Responsibilities:
This position requires cooking & prepping while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
Arrives for shifts in a clean uniform and maintains good hygiene.
Trained to be well versed in all menu items and daily specials.
Teamwork and clear communication are key
Assist co-workers when necessary.
Takes initiative and shares ideas to improve quality of service when opportunity arises.
Qualifications:
Ability to execute recipes and plating per Chef direction
Ability to safely operate all necessary equipment
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask
