    Trattoria Pasquale began operations in 2012 in the beautiful South Tampa area. In 2017 we became Luigi's Kitchen, Inc. but we still retain the name Trattoria Pasquale, named after Luigi’s father, Pasquale Cavallaro (1923-2003). We are grateful that we have been able to delight and satisfy the culinary desires of thousands of customers, local and tourist alike.

    making meals to companies time standards

    prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

    follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant

    cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills

    has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station

    sets up station according to restaurant guidelines

    assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas

    performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef & Sous Chef at any time

    restocks all items as needed throughout shift

    Minimum requirements

    US Citizenship, Valid Green Card or Visa with a Unexpired Passport

    detail- oriented & Proactive Thinker who loves a challenge

    positive attitude who can work in a Fast-Paced, High Energy Atmosphere

    Abilities Required

    Ability to take direction

    Ability to work in a team environment

    Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

    Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized

    Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge

    This position will spend 100% of the time standing

    The individual must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly

    Must be able speak, read and understand basic cooking directions

    Shifts available:

    8 hour, 10 hour, or 12 hour shifts

    Morning shift

    Day shift

    Evening shift

    Night shift

    Hours of operation are Tuesday - Sunday 4PM - close.
