Job Title: Line Cook for Contemporary Korean Cuisine

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking passionate, motivated, and dedicated Line Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen brigade at Bae Bae's Kitchen, an award-winning restaurant specializing in contemporary Korean cuisine located in the heart of downtown. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant's recipes and standards.
2. Assure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and workstations while adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.
3. Participate in daily food prep assignments while helping to coordinate daily operations.
4. Maintain a fast pace under pressure, ensuring the timely delivery of every order without compromising quality.
5. Provide input to the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in menu and dish development.

Qualifications:

1. Culinary Degree or Certification with a focus on Asian cuisine is preferred.
2. At least 2 years' experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant; experience in Korean cuisine is a plus.
3. Must have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards even during peak hours.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills; fluency in English is required, knowledge of Korean is an advantage.
6. Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
