Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network.
Job brief
We are looking for a Line Striping Manager to oversee all staff, and operations of the local business unit.
Line Striping Manager responsibilities include managing people, and ensuring that the work is executed to a high standard. To be successful in this role, you should be diligent, detail and results oriented, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day line striping operations
Ensure work is done to a high standard
Collaborate with owner on strategy and goal setting for growth
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Direct the employee assessment process
Prepare regular reports for ownership
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Line Striping Manager or similar role
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Construction experience a plus
