Link Solutions is seeking a TEMPEST Manager on Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess classified processing areas and ensure countermeasure compliance.
- Assist with the management oversight and execution of the program.
- Provide guidance and assistance to command staff & subordinate cybersecurity offices.
- Implement and distribute policies and procedures, Emission Security Information Messages (ESIMs), TEMPEST Information Messages (TIMs) and training information.
- Assist personnel at all levels with the technical aspects of applying countermeasures.
- Assist Managers by reviewing assessments for compliance prior to submission.
- Maintain records of all assessments and countermeasure reviews.
- Complete new TEMPEST assessments.
- Assess classified processing areas and ensure countermeasure compliance.
- Document assessment/countermeasure reviews.
- Complete annual TEMPEST countermeasure compliance reviews.
- Perform command Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) to ensure compliance.
- Review and coordinate countermeasure waivers and exemptions.
- Provide advice to commanders, specialists, supervisors, and users on countermeasures required to adequately protect classified information and what deficiencies exist for their information systems.
- Review program, contracts, and requirement documents for TEMPEST compliance and countermeasures.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Complete annual TEMPEST countermeasure compliance reviews
- Travel OCONUS in support of requirements and provide support for geographically separated units/forward operating bases.
- Conduct technician/user training, and review procedures.
- Brief commanders and supervisors on assessment/inspection expectations, results, and recommendations.
- Advise command staff and program managers of requirements for classified contractor facilities, project support agreements (PSA), project packages, and installation plans, including revisions.
- Attend planning meetings for new equipment procurement, installation, or reconfiguration of existing facilities that process classified information.
