Job Description
The position will be responsible to support EDM application operations as tier 2, and supervise a team of EDM technicians (Tier1). Technical lead/Supervisor will provide guideline and SOP for member to follow on their day to day jobs and will process escalated tickets until resolution. Technical Lead will provide the necessary training to the team based on their specialty.
Qualifications
∙6 years or more of experience supporting/troubleshooting applications.
∙Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience.
∙ More than 5 year experience in using Linux OS.
∙ Skill Set: this position required server and application experience and above middle level technical experience on CentOS, Rocky or RedHat Linux experience.
∙ Leadership: reporting skill for Senior and above leadership weekly, Monthly and Team evaluations
∙ Experience in operating middle ware system like Apache or Tomcat and in supporting regular preventive maintenance.
∙ Customer service experience with strong emphasis on manufacturing system knowledge
∙ Work with team members to resolve issues and ensure proper integration with other related systems
∙ Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adopt to changes
∙ Understand the impact of software upgrades to systems and the impact on the user community
∙ Basic understanding of networks, servers, Applications, OS and databases, MS Office
