General Summary
COLSA is looking for a Linux Administrator to join our team and help us manage our Linux servers. The right candidate will have experience administering Linux servers and be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented and able to document procedures used to maintain systems. The role will require performing technical support and oversight for Linux systems to include, but not limited to planning, designing, evaluating, and maintaining RHEL7, RHEL8, CentOS Rocky8, and Ubuntu deployment and support.

One of the following education and experience combinations
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 5-8 years of related experience
Current CompTIA Security+ CE or other DoD 8570 IAT-II/III Baseline Certification.
Linux OS Certification or certificate of course completion.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to document procedures OR develop checklists used to maintain systems.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to process.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship required
