    Office Administrator Lion Choi's Taekwondo - Glen Burnie, MD 21061 $11 - $16 an hour - Part-time, Commission Lion Chois Taekwondo is a family-owned, operated, and family-friendly martial arts schools with some of the highest satisfaction ratings in the Glen Burnie, MD area. We build champions not only on the mats but in life as well. Helping each and every student develop in a positive manner by teaching them skills that will help them in school/work, around the house, socially, and in situations where they have to stand up for themselves. At Lion Chois our instructors take it upon themselves that personalized attention is given to each and every student while in class. For over 40 years, we have been serving and providing Anne Arundel Country with leading instructors in Korean Martial Arts. We are currently looking for an Office Administrator for a part time position Monday through Friday from 4-9 p.m. Successful candidates should have excellent customer service skills and a drive to learn new things. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, with strong attention to detail, is essential. Salary depends on skills and experience. Eligible for commissions on new student enrollment. Duties include but are not limited to: * General administrative and clerical support including printing, scanning, and copying * Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system * Perform data entry * Manage the Owners calendar through Google * Assist in resolving any administrative problems * Answer calls and resolve all inquiries * Prepare and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Excel * Schedule and verify appointments * Maintain office supplies and office cleanliness * Monitor inventory * Present current programs to potential members and create agreements (will receive training) * Website management (will receive training) * Taking payments in all forms with receipt production Qualifications: * Sales and marketing experience is highly recommended * Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred * High School diploma or equivalent * 1+ year of hands on administrative support experience * Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel a must * Knowledge of operating standard office equipment * Excellent communication skills written and verbal * Ability to prioritize and organize * Attention to detail Job Types: Part-time, Commission Salary: $11.00 to $16.00 /hour Experience: * Office Administration: 1 year Education: * High school or equivalent License: * Driver's License Required work authorization: * United States 22 hours ago - save job
