Position: Liquor Store Cashier & Delivery Driver Location: Easton, MD Job Type: Part-time

Job Overview: We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier & Delivery Driver. In this dual role, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service at the register, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. You will also be asked to fulfill delivery requests when needed, ensuring timely and professional delivery of liquor to customers’ locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash, credit, or debit payments.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Assist customers with product selections, making recommendations when needed.

Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.

Fulfill delivery requests when necessary, delivering products to customers’ homes or businesses.

Accurately record delivery details, including payment and delivery information.

Follow safety and legal guidelines regarding the sale and delivery of alcohol.

Assist with store inventory and help organize stock as needed.

Maintain a professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries or issues.

Requirements:

At least 21 years of age to comply with liquor sales and delivery regulations.

Use of personal vehicle for all deliveries.

Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for delivery tasks.

Reliable vehicle for making deliveries (mileage reimbursement may be provided).

Ability to lift and carry heavy cases of alcohol (up to 50 lbs).

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

Base Hourly Pay: $16-19 per hour.

Tips: In addition to the base hourly pay, you will receive tips for deliveries, which can significantly increase your overall earnings. Typically seen $20-25/hr+
