As a High-End Liquor Store Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for accurately processing sales transactions, offering knowledgeable product recommendations, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and professionally.

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing concerns.

Assist customers in locating specific products.

Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash, credit card, and gift card payments.

Adhere to all age verification and liquor sales regulations.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our extensive product range, including spirits, wines, and beers.

Stay up-to-date on current trends, new releases, and regional specialties.

Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and occasions.

Store Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and rotating stock.

Adhere to all store policies and procedures.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Knowledge: Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages is beneficial.

Certification: Must possess a valid alcohol server permit (will be done after hiring).
