POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
THE ROLE OF THE ECOMMERCE BRAND MANAGER IS TO MANAGE THE SUCCESS OF A PORTFOLIO OF BRANDS AND PRODUCTS WITHIN OUR ECOMMERCE SALES CHANNELS. INCLUDING OVERSIGHT AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT LISTINGS, INVENTORY AVAILABILITY AND ACQUISITION, INVENTORY KPIS, SALES KPIS, BRAND COMPLIANCE/PRICING, AND CHANNEL COMPLIANCE. FOCUS OF WORK REQUIRES CLOSE ALIGNMENT WITH THE ECOMMERCE BRAND MANAGEMENT TEAM, EXECUTIVE STAKEHOLDERS, MARKETING, VENDOR PARTNERS, AND ALL ECOMMERCE FUNCTIONAL AREAS TO IMPROVE OUR COMPETITIVE POSITIONING.
THE FUNDAMENTAL OBJECTIVE IS TO INCREASE SALES REVENUES AND OVERALL GROSS MARGINS WHILE MAINTAINING LISTENUP’S LEGENDARY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MARKETPLACE INTEGRITY. THIS POSITION REQUIRES A HIGH LEVEL OF ENERGY, AN ENTREPRENEURIAL ATTITUDE, AND THE VISION TO DEVELOP BRANDS TO THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL. THIS POSITION IS SUBJECT TO CLOSE SUPERVISION.
CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITION MUST BE LOCATED NEAR, OR WILLING TO RELOCATE TO, THE GREATER DENVER, COLORADO AREA.
ECOMMERCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
ENSURE AND CREATE BEST-IN-CLASS PRODUCT LISTINGS AND OFFERINGS ACROSS ALL LISTENUP ECOMMERCE CHANNELS.
ANALYZE MARKETPLACE TRENDS / COMPETITION AND CREATE STRATEGIES TO COMPETE AND OUTSELL.
HOLD IN DEPTH UNDERSTANDING OF ALL ECOMMERCE MARKETPLACE REQUIREMENTS AND SALES TECHNIQUES.
MANAGE TRAILING CREDITS, REBATES, AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS.
MANAGE INVENTORY AVAILABILITY AND FORECASTING TO MAXIMIZE SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND PROFITABILITY.
MONITOR AND MAINTAIN SPECIFIC GMROI TARGETS FOR ASSIGNED BRANDS.
MONITOR, ANALYZE, AND REPORT ON KPIS TO ENSURE EFFICACY OF MARKETING INITIATIVES.
BRAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
FUNCTION AS THE MOST RESPONSIBLE PERSON FOR THE SALES SUCCESS AND MARKETPLACE COMPLIANCE OF ASSIGNED BRANDS AND PRODUCTS.
ENGAGE AS A MAJOR STAKEHOLDER IN THE PURCHASING PROCESS, INCLUDING DEMAND PLANNING, RECOMMENDED STOCK LEVELS, RESTOCK PURCHASE ORDER CREATION, DROP SHIPMENTS, AND COORDINATION WITH THE PURCHASING TEAM.
PRODUCE BRAND/VENDOR STATUS REPORTS FOR THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT AND PURCHASING TEAMS.
UPDATE AND MAINTAIN PRICING, PROMOTIONAL PARTICIPATION, AND PRICING COMPLIANCE.
COORDINATE WITH BRAND/VENDOR REPRESENTATIVES AND PURCHASING EXECUTIVE STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE UP TO DATE KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS AND UPCOMING OPPORTUNITIES.

Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually*
*Pay range may be adjusted based on qualifications, experience, and or location.
